Raging Tech Bids You Farewell

Folks, due to my recent medical issues, I’m closing down this blog for good. I’ll miss a lot of you. Though from what I can tell from Google Analytics, most of you are organic search engine traffic looking for weird random stuff and only staying for about 30 seconds anyway.

I’m not sure if I made any sort of impact on the “blogosphere” (God I hate that word) and I’m not fishing for “We’ll miss you Dave” comments or anything like that. But if I made any sort of impact on you, I hope it was to encourage you to not be afraid of technology, or life.

I’m going through some hard times and God knows I love to write and blog but if I come back to it, it will be on my own terms and for the love of it. I’m not getting caught up in this damn social media rat race again. I’m up for conversations with real people, but for now – not new people.

I’ve closed my Twitter, MySpace, and Facebook accounts. I’ve dropped out of school. I’ve changed my cell phone number. I’ve deleted most of my email contacts, so good luck getting through my spam filter. For all intents and purposes I am now a ghost to all of you who have no other way to find me. Please respect my wishes and privacy and if I have not given you another way to contact me, leave me be. Pending final payments from my advertisers and making sure I have met all my responsibilities, this blog will no longer appear on the internet. I will likely not respond to comments left here.

Goodbye.
